Fire broke out at Hotel Arpit Palace,Karol Bagh; 17 dead

A massive fire broke out at a hotel, Arpit Palace, Karol Bagh in New Delhi. At least nine people were killed and several others were injured in the incident.
As per ANI report, the incident took place early in the morning at around 4:30 am and at least 28 fire engines had been rushed to the spot to extinguish the fire.
According to the sources, “In a rescue operation 25 persons have been evacuated and all injured persons have been admitted in the hospital for quick relief. The local administration officials have rushed to the spot to monitor the rescue operations.”
The cause of fire is not clear and yet to be investigated.
