COVID-19: Delhi’s recovery rate improves to 86.40 pc, tally now 128389

The National Capital continued to record more fresh cases, though the city’s recovery rate further improved to 86.40 per cent on Friday.

Delhi currently has 11,0931 recovered patients, as 1866 more patients recovered during the past 24 hours, the state’s health bulletin said.

After recording 1025 fresh infections since Thursday, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Delhi registered till date has increased to 128,389
so far.

Meanwhile, active cases have now reduced to 13,681 compared to 14,554 on Thursday.

Deaths across the city till date has now reached 3,777, after 32 more people succumbed to the virus during the past 24 hours.

Currently there are 7778 patients under home isolation.

Total number of tests done in the national capital till date stands at 908,735, the state health bulletin said here.

The number of containment zones in the city, as on Friday, are 702, added the bulletin.
